Well, a new report confirms what we’ve known all along: the White House orchestrated a campaign of political retribution against Coloradans over President Trump’s petulant grievances.

Newly released internal emails show that the administration summoned five agencies to the White House in December to discuss how the federal government could retaliate against Colorado for refusing to release convicted felon Tina Peters. And within just days of that call, Colorado lost millions in federal funding for clean energy projects, transportation, and denied disaster relief.

Let’s be clear: federal resources are for the American people, not weapons against the president’s perceived enemies.
