He looked into the prospect of filing a lawsuit against the Trump administration, but technically, the White House enjoys a free speech right to label Brian an enemy on its official taxpayer-funded website. So any lawsuit would probably be unsuccessful-- not to mention costly.
We know that the government is weaponized against its opponents. We know that seems unfair. And while there's likely no legal recourse, there is another way to show your support.
