opponent has it backwards. He wants to make it easier for criminals to
carry guns in public but harder to keep guns off our streets.

That is not a future I'm willing to accept as governor of Maryland.

In three years, we've seen historic reductions in violent crime. Homicides
are at their lowest level in decades. Baltimore is on track to have its
lowest number of murders since 1970.

Dan Cox would reverse all of it. Less safety. Less accountability. More
guns in the wrong hands.

And it just got worse. In June, the Supreme Court struck down campaign
spending rules for national parties, and Republicans are ready to pour in
money to roll back the progress we've made — from bringing jobs to our
state to making our communities safer.
