We need to mobilize this electorate in key states like Pennsylvania by giving them a vision to vote for, and a plan to enact a transformational progressive agenda after November.
John,
This just in — according to a new Monmouth University poll, Joe Biden holds a 4-point lead over Donald Trump among registered voters in Pennsylvania. Among likely voters, it gets even tighter — 1-3 points — depending on turnout.
The key word is turnout. According to the same poll, voters of color in Pennsylvania support Biden 72% to 15% — a margin that is actually lower than earlier in the year.
We shouldn't make too much of any single poll. But all the polling this year is pointing to the same thing: we need to mobilize this electorate in key states like Pennsylvania by giving them a vision to vote for, and a plan to enact a transformational progressive agenda after November.
Our plan is simple but ambitious. We're mobilizing to contact hundreds of thousands of voters that Biden needs to win — especially younger Black and brown voters — and let them know about our plan to defeat Trump and bring real transformational change to this country.
We're targeting our efforts in key battleground states like Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, places where WFP has already proven we can turn out the number of voters that could make the difference in this election.
