Happy Iowa State Fair Day 1!
In addition to the Butter Cow, epic rides, and all the deep-fried food I can imagine, I’m excited for an entirely different reason: Connecting with Iowa voters over the next 10 days!
IDP is already on site at the fairgrounds. Our staff and volunteers are registering voters, signing up new volunteers, and sharing with folks from all over the state how Iowa Democrats plan to move our state forward.
I’ll be honest: It takes A LOT of resources to staff our booth and make sure we have everything we need — from handouts and banners to signs for the parade and more.
