We knew that running for reelection in Nevada’s 3rd Congressional District would be a battleground race from the start.

Trump won this district in 2016, and his campaign started investing in organizing and advertising here early on. They have made it clear that winning this district again is key to flipping Nevada and keeping the White House.

But we weren’t expecting Trump and GOP House Leader Kevin McCarthy to give Susie’s opponent their personal support or for right-wing super PACs to spend millions of dollars attacking Susie.

So now, we’re rushing to launch rapid response advertisements on television and digital, increase our organizing program, and send out more mailers to set the record straight before voting starts. But we’re heading into a big fight and we can’t win it alone.
