BoE: Bottom of Email

Dear John,

I hope your school year has started well!

I spent time this week in discussions with our 2019-2020 Teacher Council members about classroom culture and Benjamin Franklin's reply to the question of whether the new American government would be a republic or a monarchy keeps ringing in my head: "A republic...if you can keep it."

You all do such important work day in and day out that ensures that we continue to "keep" our republic, and we are so grateful. When the going gets tough, remember that you have the BRI staff on your sidelines cheering you on.

This year, we've revamped our Constitution Day resources and programming, and I am eagerly anticipating hearing from you on how they deploy in your classroom. Please feel free to get in touch with me if you have any questions about any of our offerings.

Until next time, with warmest regards,
