Fellow American,
They wanted this to happen.
When you see American cities consumed by flames … public spaces deserted except for boarded-up windows and profane graffiti … stores looted and small business owners’ dreams destroyed … angry protestors screaming in the faces of people who dare to try to go about their daily lives … remember that the radical left did this, and they did it on purpose.
Democratic leaders like Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Nancy Pelosi won’t condemn these angry, violent mobs because they know that their extreme ideology created it.
For more than 50 years, the left has undermined and attacked every element of American society: our free market, our schools, our religious liberty, and — most of all — our families.
Before the radical left’s supporters smashed the first window or burned the first building this summer, their movement had first destroyed our social institutions, created a moral and social disaster, and pushed American society to the breaking point that our entire country is living through now.
But, Fellow American, I still have hope.
The anti-family, anti-America agenda of the radical left only succeeds when we follow their outdated political playbook.
The left is used to bullying Americans into silence and, eventually, resignation to their extreme policies. Anyone who dares to speak up against their destructive ideology is met with personal attacks and professional damages, the result of the toxic “cancel culture” they now enforce.
The result: the majority of Americans who, like you and me, don’t agree with the radical leftist agenda think they’re all alone … and the left’s attacks grow increasingly hostile until they end in the violence and destruction we’ve seen this summer.
It’s up to us to change this tragic and self-defeating cycle — and when we work together through the American Principles Project, I know we can.
Hard-line, left-wing activists have grown comfortable attacking the family, undermining all social institutions, and making it difficult to start families and raise children because they think it increases their political power.
But the American people have now seen the horrifying reality of the radical left’s anti-family, anti-America agenda … and that gives pro-family activists like you and me a once-in-a-generation opportunity to turn the tide in our politics, culture, and society.
The family is the foundation of our society. And, when properly organized, families are more numerous and more powerful than any other special interest group, including every operation of the professional left.
That’s why the American Principles Project (APP) works hard every day to make the family the most powerful, well-represented institution in Washington, D.C.
Unlike many pro-family groups, APP engages directly in campaigns and elections. We elevate pro-family issues, we tell the truth to the public and voters, and we are often the only ones to impose a political cost on the left’s anti-family extremism.
In short, APP is the political cavalry riding to the rescue of the American family, and the family needs our help now more than ever in this critical election year.
Thanks for joining with APP to defend the American family, Fellow American. I’m proud to stand with you, and I’m grateful for your support.
