In 2022, I flipped a Republican congressional seat from red to blue. It took a lot of small-dollar donors who believed we could do it before the pundits did.

Now there's a chance to do it again, and I'm asking you to help.

Jamie Ager is a fifth-generation farmer from Fairview, out in Western North Carolina. He's running in NC-11 and, after Republican incumbent Chuck Edwards dropped out in scandal, party insiders swapped him for Jennifer Balkcom through a backroom deal that shut out the voters. No election. No community input. Just insiders picking their own replacement behind closed doors. Same failed politics, new name on the ballot.

Jamie's the kind of Democrat who actually shows up in rural communities and talks to people who don't always vote for us. His priorities are straightforward: get Helene recovery money out the door, make healthcare affordable, lower costs for working families, and stop members of Congress from getting rich off insider trading.

That last one matters to me. In Congress, I supported banning members from trading individual stocks. Nobody writing the laws should be profiting off them. Jamie feels the same way, and it's exactly the kind of leadership we need more of in Washington.
