GOA, SilencerShop, and more convene in Texas tonight to make history with the
first non-NFA suppressor transfer since 1934....

This morning, GOA & SilencerShop, along with GOA members Brandon Herrera and
Wes Virdell, sent a letter to the DOJ, formally notifying them ofour intent to
complete the transfers of suppressors without NFA registration.



The deadline for DOJ to respond has now passed.



What that means is that for the first time in 92 years, a formally regulated
item will be transferred from dealer to citizenwithout the onerous restrictions
of the NFA.



And for Gun Owners of America members, that protection against the
registration requirements extends to you as well.



That's because the court limited our victory to GOA members, and other named
plaintiffs in the lawsuit, so if you're not currently a member now is the time

GOA & FRIENDS ARE MAKING HISTORY TONIGHT!


The past few days has been a whirlwind of events surrounding the victory in
our "One Big Beautiful Lawsuit" against the National Firearms Act.



But, as the dust settles we're now on the precipice of something huge.



Tonight, the first lawful transfer of a previously regulated NFA item will
occur at midnight in Texas.



And who better to be the recipient of that transfer than two GOA members,
Brandon Herrera & Wes Virdell.



We at GOA have spent our 50 year history fighting against the
unconstitutional 1934 National Firearms Act.



We're excited to share in that victory with our members, and the companies who
joined us in this historic fight.



But, we're not done yet. GOA will not stop fighting until the National
Firearms Act is completely abolished for good.
