Fresh King Salmon

King Salmon is the richest, most decadent (read: highest in omega-3s) of all pacific Salmon species. This sashimi-grade salmon can be enjoyed grilled, broiled, baked, or for homemade sushi or poke bowls. This fillet will come skin-on.
Lingcod are unique and native to the North American Pacific coast. Don't be alarmed if your fish is blue or green when you receive it! Lingcod can have either white, blue, or green flesh though all turn white when cooked, taste the same, and are normal. We love lingcod for this and so many other reasons, including that male lingcod guard the nests for nearly ten weeks until the eggs hatch.

Fresh Halibut

It is delicate enough to steam or shallow poach, but is also one of the only flatfish robust enough to handle the grill. It can be a little drier than it's more northern cousins, so any kind of moist preparation or a good sauce will round it out nicely.
Rockfish is one of the most versatile fish species around. Its flavor is mild, with a tender yet meaty texture making it an excellent choice for tacos, soups and stews, pan-fried, grilled, or broiled. Any recipe that calls for a mild white fish can be used with rockfish.

SHIPPING:Enjoy free shipping on any orders over $100. For any orders less than $100, there will be a $35 shipping charge added to the final total. Delivery is available nationwide but any locations outside of CA, NV, UT, AZ, WA, OR, or ID will be subject to an additional shipping fee.
