Bryan Conwell wasn’t selling anything.

He wasn’t causing a disturbance.

He was simply standing at a farmer’s market on public property in Benson, Minnesota, holding a sign that read:

“Abolish Abortion.”
The city told him he had to pay a vendor fee to stay.

Bryan refused.

Then the police showed up.
