In exactly 12 weeks, voters across the country will make decisions at the ballot box that shape the direction of their communities, their states, and our country.
I have traveled and met with people in communities across the country – red, blue, and purple alike. You can feel the ground starting to shift as people from all backgrounds come together and work towards real change. I believe we have the momentum on our side, but we can’t let ourselves get comfortable at this critical stage.
Friend, the next 12 weeks are what it all comes down to. With primaries closing out, we’re standing clear-eyed ahead of the midterm election. And we can’t take anything – not our turnout numbers, not the early polling – for granted.
If we sit on the sidelines as these final weeks unfold, we risk losing our advantage and coming up short. That’s why we have to bring even more people together, and ensure even more voters hear from the leaders offering a new vision.
Most importantly, we have to make sure we’re getting ourselves and those around us ready to use their power as citizens to deliver on that vision on November 3rd.
