Those were A.G. Holder’s words when he endorsed Democracy Defender Phil Weiser for governor in Colorado and denounced the Republican nominee. It takes a lot for him to throw shade like that. You should buckle up when we tell you exactly why.

Victor Marx, the Republican in the race, has boasted about his disturbing past. Besides being a conspiracist who believes the 2020 election was stolen, he has said that he “hunts demons.”  He claims to have a black belt in “Cajun karate.” There are claims he participated in animal abuse and killed a man when he was a child.

John, this isn’t normal.

Marx is a clear example of everything that’s wrong with the Republican Party. But he is also a good reminder of how crucial it is to elect strong Democracy Defenders with commonsense policies.
