Friend,
Remember Ken Bone?
He was the guy in the red sweater who asked the only question about climate or energy in the 2016 presidential debates.
In 2016, Ken Bone asked Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump: "What steps will your energy policy take to meet our energy needs while at the same time remaining environmentally friendly and minimizing job layoffs?"
We can't let that happen again.
Americans are demanding answers on the urgent climate crisis. We need debate moderators who step up to the plate and press Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Donald Trump, and Mike Pence to tell America how they will address it.
The first Biden-Trump debate is less than a month away, so we want to know: What climate questions would YOU like to see the candidates answer? Sign your name to demand climate be front-and-center in the 2020 debates, and add your questions here.

Polling shows that voters (including in key 2020 battleground states like Arizona, Iowa, Maine, and North Carolina) care deeply about the climate crisis -- even more so now than in 2016. It's a key area for candidates to show real vision and resolve.
We just heard that Fox News' Chris Wallace will be moderating the September 29 debate between Trump and Biden, and there's still time to influence the course of the discussion. I don't know about you, but I want to hear less about plastic straw bans and more about how we're going to lay the foundation for a clean-energy-led economic recovery and hold big polluters accountable.
Add your name and your climate question here to share what YOU want to see the candidates answer.
