It's Green California Advocacy Day today. More than 130 environmental groups are in Sacramento right now, lobbying for clean air, safe water, and protections from toxic pollution.

But we're not alone in the Capitol. Big Oil's lobbyists are in these hallways too, spending millions to weaken the solutions we're fighting so hard to pass.

Luckily, we have something they don't: people power. When lawmakers know that their constituents are paying attention at home, that shifts the momentum towards our side.

That's where you come in, friend. Our strategy hinges on your voice—will you send a message to your representatives and ask them to prioritize a cleaner, greener California? 

Messaging your representative reminds them that they work for you—and that's a power all the oil money in the world can't match. Your message builds on the work we're doing in the Capitol at this very moment: making it clear to lawmakers that clean air, safe drinking water, and an affordable, livable California are things that people back home expect their representatives to fight for.
