Hi John - My first election campaign was in 1996 as a student activist in Illinois. Since then, I’ve created countless voter turnout plans to ensure voters showed up at the polls. This year, our election campaign plan looks like no other. Instead of face-to-face voter engagement, we’ll be moving our entire get out the vote campaign online. We’ll be tapping into our network of dedicated volunteers to send personalized text messages to voters in key states letting them know how they can cast a ballot safely. We’ll walk them through their voting plan, which will make them more likely to vote! Your donation of $20 can help us deliver close to 200 text messages – donate today! We’ll be investing in online advertising to highlight the important issues affecting kids on the ballot. We’ll be tapping into unique new channels like online games to reach younger voters. And we’ll be encouraging long-time voters to consider voting by mail, so they stay safe during the pandemic. Your donation of $50 can help us reach about 1,500 voters with online ads – donate now! And we’ll be organizing college students – wherever they may be studying this year – through our Student Ambassador program to mobilize their fellow students on campus and online.
