Suffrage and Seneca Falls

Last week marked the centennial of the 19th Amendment to the Constitution
nationalizing women's suffrage. Although many women still could
not vote after the amendment passed, including African American,
Native American and Asian American women, the hard-fought measure
prohibited voter discrimination on the basis of sex. NPCA organized a
