I really don’t like to ask, but truthfully, we had a slower start to our fundraising this month than we had projected in our budget, and with our MAGA-backed opponent using his massive personal wealth to attack me, we cannot afford this shortfall.

Right now, we’re trying to make up ground, so we have the resources to keep our campaign strong enough to win this November.

August is one of the toughest months of the year for political fundraising. So it’s going to take all of us chipping in what we can to help fend off my opponent’s attacks and win — even if it's only $1 you can give.
