The latest Newspoll has federal Labor dead even with the Coalition at 50/50 two-party preferred.
In challenging times, more and more Australians are noticing that Scott Morrison is always there for the photo op and never there for the follow up.
Over the last fortnight, Anthony Albanese and Labor have used the Parliament to hold the Morrison government to account and stand up for the people that the Morrison government have left behind.
But the truth is that doing our job in the Parliament isn’t going to be enough.
We may be less than a year away from an election.
And the hard work of getting ready for that campaign is only just beginning.
The support you’ve given us through signing our petitions, joining our campaigns, contributing and spreading the word is having an impact.
But the hard truth is that without more support from thousands of Labor true believers like yourself, the natural advantages of money, resources and incumbency that the conservative side of politics enjoys stack the deck in their favour.
