Jack,

You've heard a lot about me and my primary opponents these past few weeks.
Today, I want to talk about the fight that matters most: this November.

On January 6, 2021, Congressman Tom Tiffany voted to throw out Arizona and
Pennsylvania's electoral votes for president. He told reporters that day
that he would have voted to reject Wisconsin's results too, if given the
chance. He was the only member of Wisconsin's congressional delegation to
sign onto a lawsuit trying to overturn the election results in four swing
states, including ours.

Here's why that matters beyond 2020: Under Wisconsin law, the governor
personally signs the certificate that certifies our state's electors for
president. The person elected governor this November will hold that pen
heading into 2028.

I'm not going to sit back and breathe easy on August 11th, no matter what
happens. Whether or not I'm the nominee, Wisconsin faces a race this fall
against a man who's already told us he'd throw out our votes if he could.
