The political ground in Ohio is shifting, and voters are taking a harder look at the direction things are headed. That means the seat Husted was appointed to – never elected to – is winnable.

That’s why this race is already on track to be one of the most expensive Senate races in history – if we don’t win Ohio, we can’t flip the Senate blue. With the latest poll from The New York Times showing me within striking distance of Husted, the avalanche of Republican money could be enough to bury our momentum for good if we don’t respond right now.
