John - Vote by mail is under attack.

It’s Zoe again, and I hate to sound the alarm, but this is bad news.

This update has major implications, John.

First, the Trump administration is once again asking the Supreme Court to do his bidding and overturn decisions made by local courts.

The Supreme Court must act as an independent body to check the powers of the President, not expand them.

Second, it's another reminder that under Trump, the right to vote is never guaranteed.

Every election, we're forced to fight back against new attempts to make it harder for Americans to participate in our democracy.

Vote by mail has helped seniors, military families, people with disabilities, working parents, and countless busy Americans make their voices heard.

We should be expanding access to the ballot box—not making it harder for eligible voters to cast one.

That’s exactly why November matters so much. This may be our last chance to secure the right to vote by electing Democrats who will hold Trump accountable and stop his authoritarian agenda.
