Well... this is pretty exciting.

Newsweek just ranked our race the #1 pickup opportunity for Democrats this November.

Translation? Pundits all across the country are looking at our campaign and saying, "Yep—that's the race to watch."

I'll admit, it's nice to see.

But here's the catch:

The more attention we get, the bigger the target on our backs.

National Republicans aren't going to sit back and watch one of their most vulnerable seats slip away. They're going to spend millions trying to keep this district in their column.

That's why we can't afford to slow down—not for a second.

This campaign has never been about political insiders or big-money donors. It's about neighbors talking to neighbors, volunteers knocking on doors, and thousands of people chipping in $5 because they believe Colorado deserves better.

If Newsweek is right—and I think they are—we have an incredible opportunity in front of us.

But opportunities don't win elections.
