For decades, draconian marijuana laws have allowed police to oppress communities of color.
That’s why my bill to decriminalize marijuana is so important.
The Marijuana Opportunity, Reinvestment, and Expungement (MORE) Act is the most comprehensive marijuana reform bill ever introduced in Congress. Co-sponsored in the Senate by Senator Kamala Harris, the MORE Act is backed by a broad coalition of civil rights, criminal justice, drug policy, and immigration groups.
Now, with your help, we can create enough pressure to make sure that my bill gets a vote in the House of Representatives!

1. Provide much-needed relief to the communities that have been ravaged by the racist enforcement of marijuana prohibition
2. Remove marijuana from the Controlled Substances Act, which decriminalizes it at the federal level and enables states to set their own policies, paving the way for medical research.
3. The existing state-legal marijuana industry will finally be able to access financial services and standard tax treatment available to all legal businesses.
4. Provides a roadmap for states to legalize marijuana in a just and equitable way.
Add your name here to demand Congress hold a vote as soon as possible to move the MORE Act forward! [[link removed]]
