First of all, on behalf of Andrew and our family, I want to thank all of you for the kind words on our engagement. We could not be more excited for this next chapter of our lives! I have heard from Andrew that many of you have asked, "Who is this Amanda girl?" Despite being a private person, I thought as Andrew's fiancé and other half, it was time to introduce myself.

I met Andrew in August 2006, as sophomores at The University of Tampa in what would be the first of many Government and World Affairs classes he and I would take together. We were pretty much inseparable for the next few years. In fact, we were together so much that people thought we were dating! Nope, we were just best friends! We did used to joke, though, that if we were still single at 30 we'd get married (though I did regretfully have to move that bar up to 40 on him once or twice).

Despite our lives having gone in different directions after graduation, we still remained really close friends. I got married, attended graduate school, and had twins. In 2013, I suddenly became a sole parent of seven-month-old babies. The following year, I started my own practice as a financial advisor. Andrew has been by my side every step of the way, even when the going got tough.

Knowing Andrew for 14 years, I can tell you, I have never met a more loyal, honest person. I could write a novel on why I admire and love Andrew, but I think what is worth noting is his integrity, values, and work ethic. You will not find a human being who will work harder for you or be more dedicated to the job than Andrew.

I look forward to continuing to support Andrew during his run for office. I promise that as his future wife, I will do my part to help him work toward building a better future for Florida. I am hopeful that with your votes and support, he will win the election. Thank you for all of your dedication and commitment to Andrew's race!

All Life's Best,

Amanda
