Fresh Halibut

California Halibut is one of the most popular choices on the West Coast. There is no wrong way to prepare California halibut. It is delicate enough to steam or shallow poach, but is also one of the only flatfish robust enough to handle the grill. It can be a little drier than it's more northern cousins, so any kind of moist preparation or a good sauce will round it out nicely.
Fresh Black Cod

Black cod, also known as sablefish or butterfish due to its velvety texture, which results from a rich content of healthy oils and omega-3 fatty acids. Because of its cold water habitat Black cod is packed with healthy oils which protect it from over-cooking and keeps the fish moist. We recommend baking, roasting, grilling with big flavors, or miso-style for a classic. It is also fantastic when smoked.

If you are outside of the Western states, please contact us, and we can upgrade the shipping to overnight for an additional fee, or send the product to arrive after the weekend.
DELIVERY:All deliveries will be sent to the address you choose in checkout. This can be the address you use for your general Real Good Fish deliveries or an alternative shipping address. Deliveries will be made on Friday or Saturday to your door, depending when the order is placed.
SHIPPING:Enjoy free shipping on any orders over $100. For any orders less than $100, there will be a $35 shipping charge added to the final total. Delivery is available nationwide but any locations outside of CA, NV, UT, AZ, WA, OR, or ID will be subject to an additional shipping fee.
