The national Democratic campaign arm, the DCCC, just added Lauren Boebert to their list of top targets for defeat in November. With Boebert’s addition, the DCCC is now targeting every single Republican incumbent in Colorado.

Boebert was last a target of the DCCC in 2022 when she represented a solid Republican seat in the Western Slope. 

During that race, national Democrats came in with late support to boost Boebert’s opponent. 

But our team at the Colorado Turnout Project fought year-round to defeat her: and when all the votes were counted, Boebert barely scraped by, winning by only 546 votes. 

With the DCCC jumping into this race earlier in the cycle, Boebert now has a big blue target on her back:

We can take Boebert down this year. She is unpopular, ineffective, and has consistently failed her constituents in this rural and suburban district.

When a community in Colorado’s 4th district needed her help to get a bill passed to fix contamination that polluted the drinking water of over 40,000 residents, Boebert failed them. Trump killed the bill, and she failed to muster any support among her GOP colleagues to override it.

Farmers are suffering under Boebert’s leadership. Working people everywhere are hurting. Boebert doesn’t care. She only cares about making headlines with her trashy behavior and flying around on Air Force One.
