• Apply for Pre-Need burial eligibility at a VA national cemetery or Call the National Cemetery Scheduling Office at 800-535-1117 (TTY: 711) and select option 4.

For non-urgent questions, you can reach VA using the VA Health & Benefits App or My HealtheVet secure messaging to schedule an appointment, refill prescriptions, and access your medical records.
