You know the other side is getting nervous when they resort to silly name calling.
A Republican called me “the Mamdani of Kentucky.” And then said I was a “radical socialist.”
If it makes me a radical to believe every worker deserves a raise, so be it.
If it makes me a radical to believe we should protect workers in the face of massive AI disruption, so be it.
If it makes me a radical to believe we need a fair economy where all can have an affordable life, so be it.
The truth is, I don’t think these are radical ideas. I think our government can and should work better for all of us.
I think Mitch McConnell’s 40 year reign is ending and that we have an opportunity to choose a brighter path.
