Democratic nominee Bob Harvie here. I'm suing Defending America PAC, the Super PAC supporting Brian Fitzpatrick, for lying about me to the people of Pennsylvania.

If Fitzpatrick had a record of wins to run on, he'd be talking about that instead of slinging mud. But all he has to show for a decade in Congress is a long string of betrayals. So he's lying about me in his campaign ads and spreading false information about me to deceive voters.

I filed a suit today because I won't let Republican lies influence yet another election. We need to show Brian Fitzpatrick, Mike Johnson, and Donald Trump that we're done with "leaders" who are more committed to lying and sowing division than actually working for the American people.

This is not politics as usual. This is spewing conscious and deliberate lies, and they are defamatory.

I'll see Brian's people in court. But until then, we have an election to win.
