[ Dr. ]Dr. Abdul El-Sayed

It's Dr.
Abdul El-Sayed. I am so proud to be the Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate
in Michigan. And now, our general election campaign officially begins.

Sixteen months ago, this campaign launched with a handful of us in a room
and one belief: it shouldn't be this hard, in the richest country in the
world, to see a doctor, pay your bills, or know your kids will have it
better than you did.

We carried that to every corner of the state. Now there's one job left:
beat MAGA Mike Rogers and win a seat that could decide our Senate
majority.

Rogers got a head start. While we fought through an expensive primary, he
ran unopposed, with Trump's backing and $45 million in spending building
him up. And still, the race is tied. A recent poll has it locked at 45% to
45%.

This seat is there for us to take. The only question is whether we reach
voters before their money does.

[ [link removed] ]Will you split one of the very first donations of our general election
between our campaign and Tammy Baldwin's? A dollar right now buys the ads
that define these races. A dollar in October only answers their attacks.
There is no better time to invest than the start.

And,
here's the contrast in this race.

I'm a doctor. Mike Rogers is the guy who introduced the bill that helped
Big Pharma flood this country with opioids. More than 600,000 Americans
died. He never apologized. Then he took $400,000 from the drug companies
that profited.

As Detroit's health director, I spearheaded a program that will cancel up
to $700 million in medical debt for 300,000 Michiganders. Rogers spent 30
years in Washington, left up to $14 million richer working for the same
corporations he used to regulate.

I trust women to make their own decisions. Rogers voted for a national
abortion ban, including one with no exceptions for rape or incest.

A doctor who answers to Michiganders, or a career politician who has
already shown you who he answers to. That's the choice in November.

Every day we spend playing catch-up is a day their money defines these
races before voters hear from us.

Tammy Baldwin's to power us from the very beginning of this general
election.

This is day one. I'd be glad to have
you with us from the start.

Thank you so much,

Abdul
