John,
For years, Republicans have been perfecting the dirty tricks of voter suppression.
In 2013, the Republicans on the Supreme Court gutted the Voting Rights Act—one of the most important achievements of the Civil Rights Movement.
To honor the memory of Rep. John Lewis, Democrats renewed their push for the Voting Rights Advancement Act to make sure that all Americans have access to the ballot box.
This act passed the House, but Mitch McConnell won’t even let the Senate vote on it. That’s wrong.

It’s unacceptable that voter suppression is still so rampant in 2020, and it’s even worse that Senate Republicans won’t do anything about it. They hope that lower turnout will give them an advantage in November, and it’s disgusting.
We can’t let the Republicans get away with this. Demand that the Voting Rights Advancement Act gets a Senate vote.
SIGN YOUR NAME: The Senate MUST vote on the Voting Rights Advancement Act.
