John,

We'll get straight to the point: Roy needs your help.

Donald Trump and Mike Pence are visiting North Carolina this week, and Roy's far-right opponent will be right by their side.

Roy's opponent is running on a dangerous, radical agenda that will take North Carolina backward. His campaign has consistently violated health guidelines, endangering the health of thousands just to fundraise.

He's being bankrolled by out-of-state and dark money groups that are blanketing the airwaves with baseless, divisive attack ads against Roy.

Trump, Pence, and Roy's opponent believe that dividing North Carolinians will solidify their path to victory. But we know that our unity and grassroots support is our strength.

John - to fight back against Trump's visit we need 500 supporters to step up and donate whatever you can before midnight to make it clear that North Carolinians have had enough of their hateful politics. Can we count on you now?

Together, we can show Trump, Pence, and Roy's opponent that North Carolinians will not be divided by hate.

We hope everyone is staying safe during this ongoing health emergency. The Cooper Campaign is now working remotely, and we encourage all those who are able to practice social distancing. We've taken the step of cancelling all in-person fundraising for the time being, making grassroots online outreach and fundraising even more critical than before. Roy and the rest of the team will keep working for a more prosperous, better-educated, and healthy North Carolina, and we hope you will stay with us in this fight. Further information on the Coronavirus and our response can be found here.
