In just a few weeks, Conservation Voters of PA will release our biennial Environmental Scorecard, grading every Pennsylvania lawmaker on votes affecting clean air, clean water, affordable energy, and a healthy democracy.

* Pennsylvania families will keep getting gouged by monopoly utilities and electric bills will continue to rise as demand for electricity grows and hotter summers increase the need for air conditioning.
* AI data centers will be rewarded with tax-breaks and incentives even as they put more pressure on our electric grid.
* Oil and gas companies will continue raking in record profits while we shoulder the costs.

But there is another path.

The State House has already moved more than 30 bills out of committee or over to the Senate. These bills would lower our electric bills, regulate data centers, and rein in monopoly utility profits.

Now the State Senate must be held accountable for blocking these policies.
