“I’m sorry. I made mistakes.”

It’s not that difficult to say.

And yet, none of the bureaucrats or politicians responsible for locking down your liberties during COVID have uttered those words.

And worse than that, last week, Anthony Fauci invoked the 5th Amendment right to remain silent at a Senate committee hearing about his role in the COVID crisis.

After giving an opening statement, Fauci refused to answer questions 111 times based on his 5th Amendment right.

But did he do so legitimately?

Fauci was previously pardoned by Joe Biden in the closing hours of the Biden presidency. Fauci cannot be prosecuted for any crime he committed while in his official government role from January 2015 through January 25, 2025.

Courts have ruled when you accept a pardon, you lose the ability to invoke the 5th Amendment concerning the crimes covered by the pardon. All you have to do is tell the truth.

But when questioned by senators last week, Fauci dug in his heels.

The American people MUST demand accountability for the loss of our liberties during COVID! I shudder to think what will happen during the next crisis if we don’t!

The good news is, Sen. Rand Paul’s Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee will vote on a resolution this week to hold Fauci in contempt of Congress for refusing to answer questions under subpoena.

It’s critically important you call both of your U.S. Senators at 202-224-3121 now and tell them to vote for the contempt of Congress resolution against Anthony Fauci.

Some senators on the committee argued the COVID crisis is in the past and that’s where we should leave it.

That’s why it’s so important you call your senators now. If you and I don’t force the issue, Anthony Fauci will never have to answer for his lies.

Fauci was asked very pointed questions about whether he had been honest with the American people, the press, and the White House.

And every single time, he refused to answer.

He could have easily said, “I’m sorry. Mistakes were made. We did the best we could.”

But he didn’t.

Instead, Fauci continues to hide behind the lies.

Lies that destroyed families . . . lies that let parents and grandparents die alone . . . lies that forced healthy children to wear masks . . . lies like “two weeks to slow the spread” . . . lies like staying 6 feet apart was based on “science” . . . lies that killed businesses . . . lies that resulted in people losing their jobs because they objected to the jab . . . lies that kept churches closed . . . lies when we were told to cancel holiday dinners . . . lies that forced lockdowns . . .

Lie after lie after lie.

And Fauci mocked the American people each time he refused to answer questions despite his pardon.

While Fauci refused to answer any questions last week, this isn’t over.

Anthony Fauci’s refusal to answer under subpoena is subject to penalties including jail and fines.

Many in Congress belong to the Fauci personality cult. Many don’t want to knock him off his pedestal.

But this is about accountability.

A government official – the highest paid government official at the time, mind you – has questions that need to be answered.

Perhaps Fauci can’t be convicted because of the pardon.

But we can get answers, and we can get accountability, and we can penalize those who broke the law.

The contempt of Congress vote is this week.

With too many senators in the “let bygones be bygones” camp right now, you and I need to let our U.S. Senators know lies and coverups and deceit must be exposed and penalized.
