Please accept my apology for giving you inaccurate information in my September Newsletter. I understand when I send out my newsletter there is a high expectation that everything will be correct. I accept responsibility for this error.
On Proposition 4, I should have recommended VOTE YES. It is a very confusing amendment. In the course of our research, we erred in the interpretation of the wording.
If you want to continue with no state income tax on personal income, then you should VOTE YES.
