Speaker Mike Johnson is not taking a recess. He is hitting more than 30 districts in 17 states this August and New York is one of his stops.

Johnson doesn't show up unless he thinks he can win. My opponent already has Trump's endorsement, a spot on the MAGA Majority list and dark money pouring in from every direction. Now the Speaker of the House is coming here to protect his tiny majority.
