Dear John,

I am writing to thank you for your financial support of my campaign. During these unprecedented times, I continue to be inspired by the people I have met throughout Virginia, and people whom I want to continue serving in Congress. I thank you for supporting my efforts to do just that.

As we look towards November, there is a lot on the line. A focus on people, a focus on facts and evidence, and even a desire to solve problems is on the line. Your support of my campaign is an investment in maintaining our majority, protecting our democracy, and keeping legislators who are focused on serving people in Congress.

We met our August fundraising goal thanks to your support, and it is important because Virginia starts early voting on 18 September and we will be ready to turn out every possible voter!
