efforts are ramping up quickly in all of our target races. Whether you’re
working with a group of long-time canvassers, or you’re starting without a
team but ready to recruit, we want to help you maximize your efforts to
help Democrats win in critical swing districts and states this November.
That’s why we’re inviting you to join the next installment of our Level Up
Your Organizing training on Tuesday, August 4 at 8:00 PM EDT—this time, on
building out your leadership team.

This training will offer an introduction (or a refresher!) on how to set
your team up for success and combat burnout in election season and beyond.
You’ll leave with a new understanding of:
* Conditions for effective teams: Understand the research behind setting
up your leadership team for the long haul.
* Roles and goals: Determine what impact you want to make this cycle,
and what team roles you need to fill to achieve those goals.
* Escalating volunteers: Use organizing best practices to build
relationships with group members and equip them to take on more.
Things are only going to get busier between now and Election Day, so now’s
the time to move volunteers into leadership roles.
Together, we can scale up from individual, local efforts into a powerful,
nationwide network capable of reaching our goal of having 500,000
conversations before Election Day.
