John,
This year's election means so much -- sometimes, when I remember just how much is riding on what happens in November, it can feel a little overwhelming.
We have the chance to send a leader to the White House who will govern with wisdom and dignity, rather than self-interest and cronyism.
We have the chance to protect the Democratic majority in the House -- so we can keep passing bills to curb the COVID-19 pandemic and provide crucial relief to every person and every community that's been hard hit.
And if we flip the Senate, we can advance crucial priorities like Justice in Policing, restoring the Voting Rights Act, and ending the gun violence crisis.
It all means so much. And every day, I'm so glad to have folks like you remind me that I'm not in this fight alone.
You prove it every time you step up and hit our grassroots fundraising goals like we did just last night. Together, we show everyone that people really are powerful.
I'm so glad that you're with me -- because you too know just how much is on the line.
