This campaign started as an idea born out of frustration. Frustration that the place I love—the Iron Range, the Boundary Waters, the community that raised me—was being sold out by politicians like Pete Stauber to corporate PACs and foreign mining interests.

I knew that a kid from Eveleth running for Congress against a well-funded incumbent was going to be an uphill climb. But what I didn't know was how many of you were ready to climb with me.
