Dear Supporter,

The recorded history of Palestine and its people is rich and inspiring. Professor Nur Masalha’s scholarly contribution to this history is evident in his numerous writings, especially his most recent work entitled “Palestine: A Four Thousand Year History.”

It’s our duty to educate the public on the multifaceted, multidimensional, and multicultural aspects of Palestine and Palestinian identity. Masalha’s groundbreaking book highlights the ancient, classical, post-classical, medieval, and early and modern history of Palestine. The mythologies relating to the past are cogently debunked in this book. This webinar will flesh out the basic contours of Masalha’s book and contextualize the realities on the ground in Palestine today.

On Friday, September 4th, join us at 12:00 PM Eastern for this special webinar which I will be hosting live on Facebook with the author himself, Nur Masalha.

Nur Masalha is a Palestinian historian and formerly Director of the Centre for Religion and History at St. Mary's University, Twickenham. He is editor of the “Journal of Holy Land and Palestine Studies.”

We look forward to talking with you on Friday.

Sincerely,
