Poll workers are the backbone of our elections. And this year, a chronic shortage of election workers nationwide threatens our democratic process -- in the midst of a pandemic, no less.

We're fighting for mail-in voting for all voters this election cycle, but at the same time, voters should be able to have all options to cast their ballots. There absolutely MUST be open polls for people with disabilities, rural and tribal communities, and others who can't easily access the mail.
