I know I’m probably not the only Democrat in your inbox tonight, so I promise to keep this quick: 

With only a few hours to go until our End-of-Month deadline, we need to raise exactly $552 to hit our July fundraising goal. Please, will you chip in $50, $5, or anything you can before midnight? I’m only sending this email to a small selection of our top supporters. So if you’re reading this message, I really need you to chip in if you’re able.

Here’s what I mean: This isn’t the kind of email where we can afford for most people to click away, or read and think “someone else will give.” 

If we come up short, that means a smaller ads budget in August. If we cut next month’s ads budget, that means fewer voters know about our campaign in September. And if fewer voters know about us in September?

Our opponents will smell an opportunity here in the most competitive Democratic district in Colorado — and double down on their attacks. The entire House majority depends on what we do here in CO-7. Please, will you chip in to help Democrats take back control of Congress?
