I’ve been watching the numbers all day, and I need to be direct: We’re still more than $3,000 short of our end-of-month budget target with only a few hours left to close the gap.

At midnight, I have to close the books on July and plan for the final stretch based on the resources we actually have—not the resources we hope will come later. The investments it will take to win in November have to be made now.
