I understand that you hear a lot about important races across the country. While it will take all of us to win the House majority, let me explain plainly why our race stands out:

I was one of the only Democrats to flip a Republican-held seat in 2024. We defeated an entrenched MAGA incumbent and over $15 million in outside spending.

I immediately got to work in Washington – standing up to the Trump Administration, tackling the affordability crisis, bringing back millions of dollars to the district, and authoring legislation on wildfire prevention.

The June primary showed that this is still a close race. The national GOP is running attacks against me in my first re-election effort as their majority hangs by a thread.

There is a lot more work to be done in Congress that can only happen with Democratic control – not only for the country, but for the Santa Clarita, Antelope, and San Fernando Valleys.
