Friend, America is on the line, and I need you standing by me.  President Trump just shared the truth. He amplified my post exposing the hollow logic some Democrats are using against the SAVE America Act: "Non-citizen voting is already illegal. We don't need another law to deter non-citizen voting." – Elizabeth Warren Apply that same reasoning to virtually any other law they support, and their argument immediately collapses. Existing law has proven difficult to enforce. That is exactly why we need the stronger, common-sense safeguards included in the SAVE America Act.
The legislation would: Require proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote in federal elections. Require photo identification to cast a ballot. Direct states to remove noncitizens from their voter rolls. Only American citizens should decide American elections. A full debate on the Senate floor would expose just how empty the opposition's excuses really are. That's why I have objected to an August recess until the SAVE America Act is passed — and requested a roll-call vote so every senator must go on the record. The Senate must stay in session. The Senate must put this bill on the floor. The Senate must finish the job.
The Midterms are on the line. The MAGA majority is on the line. The integrity of our elections is on the line. AMERICA IS ON THE LINE. President Trump is amplifying our message.
