We have exactly one week left to help Justice Democrat Justin J. Pearson win his primary race in Tennessee’s 9th district and send him to the November general election.
Justin’s path to this moment hasn’t been easy.
As a state representative and member of the Tennessee Three, he faced the full weight of the racist Republican machine — the same politicians who tried to gerrymander his community off the map and silence Black voices as he gained momentum. He’s up against a rigged status quo and billionaires who have spent decades protecting wealthy interests while working families struggle to get by.
But if they thought they could break Justin’s spirit, they were wrong.
Justin is a relentless fighter for the working families of Tennessee. Whether it was being expelled from the state legislature for demanding action on gun violence or standing up to corporate giants like xAI data centers, he’s proven his resilience time and time again.
And to quote Justin himself: “The only way we lose this country, this democracy, is by quitting — but if we never quit, we can never lose.”
That means we can’t quit now, John. Not when we’re this close to sending another unapologetic, progressive champion to Washington. Justin is ready to join the fight for Medicare for All, a living wage, environmental justice, getting corporate money out of politics, and for a government that actually serves its people.
We need to reach every voter in TN-09 before it’s too late. And because Justin refuses to take a single cent from corporate PACs, he’s relying entirely on this grassroots team to fuel this final push.
