Mark Warner

John–

I'm asking voters to rehire me because the work is not done. Wherever I go, I hear frustration and concern from Virginians: Costs are out of control, from health care to housing to child care and utility bills. Our country has been propelled into another war-of-choice in the Middle East. The job market is shifting beneath our feet.

And the president doesn’t seem to have a plan. He doesn’t even seem to care. And his administration is in over its head.

But it’s not lost on me that we have to do more than just stand against President Trump. We've got to have a positive vision to bring the country back together:

🏥 It's time for us to no longer try to simply patch our old health care system. We need universal health care.

💾 We need to be ready for the amount of change brought by artificial intelligence. There will be good things, but we've got to ensure we don't have massive job dislocation coming out of the AI transformation.

🇺🇸 We've got to stand up for America's critical role in the world, and we need somebody who can work with folks across the aisle to find common ground and restore our leadership on the world stage.

⚡ We've got to find ways to bring energy prices down, which means ending Trump’s assault on renewable energy.

🏠 We've got to address the housing crisis by encouraging rehabilitation of existing structures, speeding up permitting, and making it easier for first-time homebuyers to obtain their first mortgage.

The path forward will not be easy, but I’ve never been afraid of a tough fight.

I'm going to campaign this year – as I always have – by getting out on the road, talking to voters face-to-face, telling them about my record, and most importantly, showing them what I'll do if I get rehired.

And the next few weeks will be hugely consequential to the outcome of November’s election. We’ve got many investments to make in voter outreach, dozens of trips across Virginia to plan, and hundreds more volunteers to recruit.

A donation made today is an investment in the future we’re building together – and it truly couldn’t come at a more important time for our campaign or our country. So I’m humbly asking, if you’re in a position to donate today, will you split a donation between my campaign and Elaine Luria to help me hit my critical end-of-month goal?
